Selling

Buying

If you are the Buyer, one of our advocates will be sure to:

  • review the contract for any adverse provisions and inform you of the same;
  • stay in contact with your realtor and the Seller’s attorney to make sure any necessary changes are agreed to, or, if necessary, negotiate the same;
  • keep track of all deadlines and always protect your earnest money by extending those deadlines;
  • contact your lender frequently to check the status of your loan and assist in any way possible, and extend the loan contingency period if necessary;
  • contact the Seller’s attorney to check short sale status, if necessary;
  • inspect title, survey, and closing documents to make sure they are correct and that all adverse title exceptions are or will be cleared by closing; and
  • represent you at the closing in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
